Prudent Corporate Governance Practices.  The Board of Directors established the Corporate Governance Manual to guide the operation and direction of the Board and its committees.  The Corporate Governance Manual consists of our Bylaws, Governance Policy Statement, governance policies, committee charters and Code of Conduct.
