PROMARC Alternative Program

The Alternative Program enables law firms that have had frequency or severity loss issues to secure comprehensive professional liability protection.  The Alternative Program targets experienced firms that demonstrate a commitment to taking corrective actions that will prevent a reoccurrence of past claims activity.  The Alternative Program targets experienced firms employing up to fifteen attorneys.

Coverage is underwritten by the A.M. Best “A” rated Noetic Specialty Insurance Company, a member of the Medmarc Insurance Group.  Noetic’s policy form is a non-admitted version of the Preferred Program’s policy form and as such is tailored to the needs of small law firms.

Noetic’s claims-made policy form is offered in twenty-five states.  Policies are offered with limits up to $1,000,000 and deductibles up to $50,000.
