Comprehensive Coverage

The PROMARC Programs offer comprehensive coverage which includes the following:

  • Professional services are covered by a claims-made and reported policyform.

  • Personal Injuries are covered.

  • Expenses will be paid to defend employment practices and benefits liability claims.

  • Named insureds can purchase up to an unlimited extended reporting period endorsement (ERP) (maximum ERP is 24 months in the Alternative Program).

  • Administrative proceedings coverage pays up to $25,000 of fees and expenses for defense at an administrative hearing (maximum benefit is $10,000 in the Alternative Program).

  • Loss of Earnings Allowance provides the insured with $250 for each one-half day of trial, arbitration or examination before trial mediation.

  • Innocent partner coverage is provided.

  • Insured versus insured claims are covered if a lawyer-client relationship exists.

  • Broad fiduciary coverage is provided.

  • Worldwide coverage is provided.
