The PROMARC Programs excludes certain areas of practice because we have found these practice areas generate a disproportionate number of losses. Excluding these classes enables the PROMARC rates to be highly competitive. Excluded areas include:

Intellectual property work

Securities work

Speculative real estate

Oil & gas (if this area represents a high percentage)

Firms with clients who are high profile entertainers or sport figures
