We are Changing our Name

Noetic Specialty Insurance Company is becoming:
ProAssurance Specialty Insurance Company d/b/a Noetic Specialty Insurance

Noetic Specialty Insurance Company is a non-admitted property and casualty insurer approved to do business in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Noetic Specialty provides, through insurance brokers, a market for tailored products liability coverage needs and objectives not available from Medmarc Casualty. 

Effective 12/31/2021, our name will change from Noetic Specialty Insurance Company to ProAssurance Specialty Insurance Company d/b/a Noetic Specialty Insurance. We will be known as Noetic Specialty Insurance going forward. This name change will be reflected on an endorsement to policies in-force on the effective date of the name change and distributed to affected brokers. 

The name change is due to a re-alignment in our corporate structure. Rest assured that the same service you expected and received under Noetic Specialty Insurance Company will continue under Noetic Specialty Insurance. In fact, many, if not all, of your previously existing contacts remain the same under Noetic Specialty Insurance. Furthermore, there is no change to our A.M. Best Rating of A (Excellent) or our Financial Size Category of XIII.
