In this webinar, you will learn:

  • What to do immediately upon receiving notice of a suit, including whom to communicate with and what internal protocols should look like for such events;
  • What electronic discovery entails and how to get a handle on your ESI; and
  • How to handle finger-pointing among members of the supply chain and how to best insulate yourself.
