As medical devices become more connected and interactive with health care providers and patients, fundamental security challenges are increasingly important. More medical devices are in use and more medical information collected than ever before and cybersecurity must be a primary design consideration.

Sharon Stuart is a founding partner of Christian & Small and has been with the firm since 1993. Rob is a member of the Product Liability, Business Litigation, and Medical Defense & Health Law Committees of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is on the steering committee for the ALFA International Product Liability & Complex Torts Practice Group. Rob’s clients include manufacturers (heavy equipment, durable medical equipment, sporting goods), health care providers, and other corporations. Rob graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in mathematics from Louisiana State University and attended law school at the University of Houston College of Law. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has tried a wide variety of cases during his 23+ years of practice.
